1. What Personal Data We Collect and Why We Collect It

Google Authentication (Single Sign-On) If you choose to register or log in to our platform using Google Authentication, we will collect your basic profile information provided by Google (such as your name, email address, and profile picture). We use this data solely to create your account, verify your identity, and provide secure access to our services.

Google Calendar Synchronization & AI Receptionist Services To utilize our AI receptionist features, you may choose to grant Aironics.ai access to your Google Calendar. If you authorize this synchronization:

  • What we access: We will request read and write access to your Google Calendar.
  • Why we need it: This allows our AI receptionist to check your availability in real-time and directly add, modify, or cancel appointments on your behalf.
  • How it is protected: Your calendar data is only used to facilitate the AI receptionist scheduling process. We do not share your calendar data with third parties for marketing purposes, nor do we read personal event details outside the scope of managing your professional appointments.
